My reasoning is that the neighboring municipalities already aware of project optimization by LEAN m

In my previous post I discussed the motion was tabled by Mr Stolk (SP) Langbroek (Country Ugly GL) and Raven (PvdA). One speaks it the wish that the SED municipalities jointly LEAN management projects would probably pick it costs could be saved.
The credit as requested is 280.000, -. Since the three municipalities of equal size I assume that for each municipality a similar investment in LEAN management is necessary.
Of which 280.000, - is 130.000, - intended to attract a temporary project manager for the duration of two years. I do not see well, why the cost of such a project would fall as the other two municipalities would come to the same conclusion.
In this section, I can only really imagine that you can negotiate a volume discount when purchasing the LEAN curriculum, while the other parts are again largely of personnel telex communication who will just be passed.
Stay on the cost of the curriculum. No idea what the cost of it, but set 25.000, -, then a discount of 10% amounting to 2.500, -. That is of course money but is not proportional to 280.000, - to be invested.
In summary, the motion is based on the assumption that one "rural" is still unknown with the possibility that you are using LEAN management your expenses by 4% and can reduce call the College on this joyful message out there to help.
Furthermore supposes a saving of the total cost to achieve that on closer inspection hardly worth turns out to be. Final conclusion, the motion caused telex communication even a storm in a teacup.

Sorry Hans, but I still read the motion as a command to the college to our neighboring municipalities to convince the blessings of project optimization whereby (through joint purchasing) financial benefit would be achieved.
My reasoning is that the neighboring municipalities already aware of project optimization by LEAN management, but the benefits would clearly different estimate than Enkhuizen and that the financial telex communication gain from joint purchasing relatively low.
